To coincide with the policy of our meat shop, we carry only local fruits and vegetables grown from selected farms in the Fraser Valley, Lower Vancouver Island and the Southern Okanagan.

For this reason, we will at certain times of the year not carry our usual selection.

Here is a chart of appoximate seasonal availability of some local fruits and vegetables.  At times, we will carry additional fruits and veggies not on this list when in season locally.
