About Alisa's Wish

Alisa's Wish Child & Youth Advocacy Centre, a program of Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows Community Services, helps all children and youth and their families in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, and the Katzie First Nation who have experienced or witnessed physical, emotional or sexual abuse. Our mission is a community response that facilitates a compassionate, coordinated approach to the prevention, identification, prosecution, and treatment of abuse involving children and youth. The Centre is a warm, friendly and welcoming first-entry point for children, youth, and their supporting family. The coffee pot in the home-like kitchen is always on with snacks, toys, couches and blankets being readily available.

Chef Jeff Massey

Executive Chef Jeff Massey is an energetic and inventive chef with years of experience at many of Vancouver’s top restaurants including Cioppino’s Mediterranean Grill, Glowbal Grill and Satay Bar and Coast. He has been the culinary visionary behind restaurant 62 since 2006. Chef Jeff’s culinary philosophy is to create and maintain a menu where the food is locally inspired, ingredient driven, and above all, simple and clean. He finds inspiration from the abundance of local ingredients in the Fraser Valley to create richly flavoured and exquisitely prepared contemporary regional cuisine. Chef Jeff has a hands-on culinary style. From personally selecting ingredients directly from the farm to designing the menu and training kitchen staff, Chef Jeff is the force behind restaurant 62’s continued success and will be catering our longtable dinner!
